These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website operated by Anatolian Renovations (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the purchase of products through our store. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Use of this website

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this site. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with security or attempt to access accounts or data that isn’t yours. We may update or suspend the site at any time.

3. Product information

We aim to keep descriptions, dimensions, finishes and images accurate. Colour/finish may vary due to device settings, lighting or batch variations. Always check specifications and installation guides with your builder/plumber before purchase.

4. Pricing, GST & availability

All prices are in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise. Prices and availability may change without notice. If a pricing or stock error occurs, we may cancel and refund your order before dispatch.

5. Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept the offer when we send a shipping confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order (for example, where an item is unavailable or fraudulent activity is suspected).

6. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (e.g., card, PayPal, etc.). By submitting payment details, you confirm you are authorised to use the chosen method.

7. Shipping & delivery

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post and specialist couriers. Rates are calculated at checkout based on address, weight and carton size. Estimated timeframes are shown on the Delivery & Returns page. Some orders ship in multiple consignments.

Access: Delivery is to ground level/front door unless otherwise stated. Ensure items (in their packaging) fit through doors, lifts and stairwells. Redelivery or failed access fees may apply.

Risk & title: Title passes on full payment; risk passes on delivery/collection or when Authority to Leave is used.

8. Click & Collect

Collection is available from our showroom. We’ll email when your order is ready. Bring photo ID and your order number.

9. Returns, exchanges & ACL rights

Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 15 calendar days of delivery for unused, uninstalled items in original packaging (return freight at customer cost). Damaged/faulty items must be reported within 48 hours with photos.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) apply in addition to any manufacturer warranty. See the Delivery & Returns page for the full process.

Exclusions: Installed/used items, special-order finishes, clearance/last-chance items (where marked), and made-to-measure goods.

10. Installation & compliance

We do not provide installation. Use a licensed tradesperson and verify compatibility with local plumbing/electrical codes, water pressure, and cut-out requirements. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation or misuse.

11. Promotions & coupons

Promotions are time-limited and cannot be combined unless stated. Coupons are single-use, non-transferable, and may exclude certain products or categories.

12. Intellectual property

All content on the site (text, images, logos, graphics) is our property or used under licence. You may not copy, distribute or modify any content without our consent.

13. User content & reviews

If you submit reviews or images, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use that content for marketing and site display. Do not submit unlawful, defamatory or infringing content. We may remove any content at our discretion.

14. Third-party links

We may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices or services.

15. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the ACL. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss. For non-excludable guarantees, our liability is limited (at our option) to replacement or resupply of goods, or refund.

16. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, carrier disruptions).

17. Electronic communications

When you email us or use the site, you consent to receive communications electronically (email, website notices). You may retain copies for your records.

18. Privacy

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy (see below). By using the site, you consent to that collection and use.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the new version on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

20. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of NSW courts.

Comments

When visitors leave comments, we collect the data shown in the form, plus IP address and browser user agent to help spam detection. An anonymised hash of your email may be sent to Gravatar to check if you use it (see Gravatar’s privacy policy). After approval, your profile image may be visible with your comment.

Media

If you upload images, avoid embedded location (EXIF GPS) data; visitors can download and extract location data from images on the site.

Cookies

  • If you leave a comment, you may opt to save your name, email and website in cookies for convenience (lasts up to 1 year).

  • A temporary cookie checks if your browser accepts cookies at login (deleted when you close the browser).

  • Login cookies last up to 2 days (or 2 weeks if “Remember Me” is selected). Screen options cookies last 1 year. Logging out removes login cookies.

  • When you edit/publish an article, an additional cookie (no personal data) indicates the post ID you edited (expires after 1 day).

Embedded content

Articles may include embedded content (videos, images, etc.). Embedded content behaves as if you visited the source site and may collect data, use cookies and track your interaction.

Data sharing

If you request a password reset, your IP address is included in the reset email.

Data retention

Comments and metadata are kept indefinitely to recognise follow-ups. For registered users, we store profile information; users can view, edit or delete their personal information at any time (except username). Administrators can also view and edit that information.

Your rights

If you have an account or have left comments, you can request an export of your personal data or request deletion, subject to data we must keep for legal or security reasons.

Where data goes

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. Payments and shipping integrations share only the minimum data required to fulfil your order.
